Don at Measure Up really knows his stuff! He came by to take a look at some of the projects we would like to start at our house. We have LOTs of ideas and he was very easy to talk to. We were transparent with our budget and he was able to guide us on ways that we can still get what we want under budget!

My Dad was in the process of building his dream home when the initial general contractor all of a sudden disappeared less than half way through the build. We had so many partially completed projects and getting our contractor to even answer our calls was like pulling teeth! At this point, we were extremely skeptical with contractors because it wasn’t our first time getting burned.Don was recommended through some friends. He came out the very same day we called him. He was compassionate and understanding with our experience. We were so surprised by how communicative and informative he was! He explained the process every step of the way and even made some awesome suggestions. He’s truly restored our faith in general contractors. We only wish we’d found him sooner. We will definitely be using his services again!

I've hired Don at Measure Up Construction for a handful of household projects, both minor and more significant, and he has always provided remarkable service at a very reasonable price. Don is my go-to guy for household repairs and I'd recommend him to anyone for their home projects.

We needed one of our bedroom windows replaced and were calling around to look for someone to come out and replace it. After leaving voicemails for 3 other businesses who never called back, I found Don on Yelp, called, and he picked up right away. I told him I was needing a bedroom window replaced and gave him the ballpark dimensions of the window measurements. He asked some questions I didn’t know the answers to, but was patient and helpful with walking me through how to tell the difference in order to answer. I liked that I was able to text him a picture of the window so that he could visually see what I was talking about, and he was able to give me an estimate soon after. He came out later the same day to assess the window and take accurate measurements. He gave us an estimated time of when he would be able to replace the window (he came out on a Thursday and got the window replaced by the following Tuesday) and was on his way.Throughout the entire process, I appreciated Don’s clear communication along with the updates. The pricing was reasonable and the install was quick (even though I talked his ear off the whole time) and took less than an hour. He cleaned up any mess the install left behind and even wore shoe covers when he had to come inside to get to the window.Don was respectful, transparent, and was able to maintain great communication throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair and the installation was quicker than expected, but efficient. We would use Don again in the future since we had such a great first experience and love to support small business owners!
